LACK OF DOCUMENTATION OF AN INDIAN
Indians are ready to work even for 24 hours. But they do not show interest in documenting
what they did today. The primary reason why Indians, were not developing this habit
is that they did not have any problem, without documentation. But now is the time
to develop this habit.
This is the major difference between the Indians and other foreigners. The foreigners
are showing much interest in documentation. This helps them measuring their experience
after such a period of time.
Advantages of the Documentation
Firstly, the person who documents his daily activitiy and recalls it once in a week of time,
gets the real experience. Because, the brain, only able to recall the information, which are used
most frequently. Suppose if we try hard to solve a problem today, if we do not document, how did
we solve the problem and refer it in a week's period, we will tend to forget it easily. Then again if
the problem comes once again, we will be reinventing the same weel again.
A person without having the quality of documenting his daily activities, can not claim
the number of years of experience.
Secondly, suppose if we are unable to solve the problem of any work today, with documentation, we will
be able to continue that research from that point onwards. If not, we need to start again from the beginning,
which is waste of time and energy.
Assume, without the documentation of Wright brothers it could have taken much time to devise the FLIGHT.
Ofcourse, they were unable to find a complete solution, but they laid a base for their followers to finish the wrok.
Thirdly, your documentation, even if no one is interested in this world, but your family people, say for your Son
or daughter will be showing much interest on what you did. So, if you document today, you are giving guidance to your children.
So Indians, please try to develop this documentation habit, atleast from today!
