INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS IN INDIA
When first the computer came to India, by the effort of the then Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi,
the people in India were not accepted it immediately.
They told it better to rely on worker than on computer. But later they realised, this is a golden
opportunity to tap the worldwide market. Immediately the fire got up and each and every on in India,
now are showing much interst in learning IT Skills.
Even if the person is not taking his degree course in IT as a major, they are imparted with
sufficient knowledge of computers and IT skills. Also the knowledge in English enables the
Indian people to gather the knowledge very easily than anyone else worldwide.
Now the IT field is one of the biggest industry in India which serves its services worldwide!
